Our resident Street Taco Expert, Noel, is an integral part of the success story heard around the DSD Partners’ office halls. He has a huge personality, full of heart, and passion for solving issues for our customers. When you need someone who understands what your business is going through and work to find ways to make the complex simple again- Noel is your guy! He is fueled by problem solving and never comes to the table without a solution. That’s why his role is crucial in our efforts to transform the direct-store-delivery industry.
The biggest fish Noel has ever caught was a Yellowfin Tuna off the coast of North Carolina, almost 3,000 miles from where he grew up in Southern California. Early in life Noel realized that he can cheer for his beloved LA Dodgers from anywhere, so he has since lived in multiple cities around the country. Here in Virginia he spends his spare time working on Hot Rods, eagerly awaiting the day his sons (and daughter) join him in the garage.
Noel strives to work hard, not only to further the business evolution of our customers, but also to set a good example for his kids. In fact, family is a big motivator for Noel. He is a great teammate to all of us at DSD Partners, and we think that if Noel teamed up with his Dad, that they would win The Great Race. Surely, the entire time they’re racing, Noel would be spitting out Al Davis quotes; “Just Win Baby!” Of course during the fall football season Noel has a harder time quoting the former Oakland Raiders Coach, as the team hasn’t been to a championship game since 2003. A fact that Noel ignores as he dons his Raiders gear every year, including a copious amount of hats from his collection. Giving new context to his nickname of ‘Mad Hatter’. All this heartache during pigskin season makes Noel long for a vacation somewhere tropical that he can unplug and fish all day.
Noel embodies the Kustom Car Culture and is currently working on a ’53 Buick, a hot rod fueled by rock & roll and attitude. The success of our customers is largely due to Noel’s ‘Do whatever it takes to cross the finish line’ energy and drive.
